Extensive experience in the world of electronic payments, alternative payment methods in the high-risk industries for processing of payments.
Developing relationships with acquirers and payment solutions, Knowing the online payments industry, reconciliation, e-commerce, payment gateways, alternative payment methods, processing of electronic payments, e-wallets. Etc.
Maintaining relationships with current payment solutions/Acquirers/Aggregators
Searching and examining new payment methods
Designing and implementing business plan along with the sales dept
Manage relationships with Referrals/partners
Defining and documenting business processes related to all aspects of banks/ PSP services (support, applications, on-boarding, chargebacks, technical issues, fraud prevention, etc.)
Development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
Knowledge and experience of the payment industry A MUST!
3-4 years’ work experience – Knowledge in the online industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Work experience in service-oriented roles – advantage
Bachelor’s degree in economics/Finance – advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
